Director
Francois Mynhardt is a seasoned civil engineer with a 40-year track record spanning across construction, residential development and large-scale infrastructure projects. From early roles in power station construction to leading civils divisions and founding the specialized civil engineering firm of Francois Mynhardt Siviel, Francois combines technical excellence with strong leadership and project execution discipline. Francois brings hand-on experience across construction and project management.
Willem J Oberholzer | CA(SA), MCom Tax
Chief Executive Officer
Willem Oberholzer is a strategic leader in tax, financial management and executive governance, with more than 30 years’ experience across top-tier professional services and industry. Willem previously served as the CEO of Probity Advisory. Willem combines deep technical expertise with a proven track record of turning around businesses, expanding client footprints, and delivering shareholder value. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting Honours Degree and Masters in Tax from the University of Pretoria. Willem is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA).
Ilze Mynhardt
Director
Ilze Mynhardt is a versatile business leader and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience spanning luxury residential property development, corporate administration, and compliance. Ilze previously served as the managing director of Francois Mynhardt Siviel and consultant of Probity Advisory. Her career blends entrepreneurial leadership with a disciplined governance mindset, underpinned by a law-informed business approach. Ilze holds a Bachelors of Commerce in Law Degree from the University of Pretoria.
